Veriler ve amaçları
HelloAsist, yönetici hesabı için giriş adı, şifrenin doğrulama özeti ve oturum çerezi saklar. Sunucu erişim kayıtları IP adresi ve istek bilgileri içerebilir. Video üretmek ve planlamak için girdiğiniz konu, senaryo ve ayarlar; üretilen medya, başlık, açıklama ve iş kayıtları sunucuda tutulur.
YouTube bağlantısını seçerseniz YouTube API Services üzerinden kanal kimliği ve adını, video yükleme ve okuma izinleriyle verilen OAuth erişim ve yenileme belirteçlerini, yüklenen video kimliğini ve yayın durumunu işleriz. İzinler bağlı kanalı doğrulamak, videoyu ayarlarınızla yüklemek ve yayın durumunu göstermek için kullanılır. Google şifrenizi almayız; YouTube Analytics erişimi istemeyiz.
Paylaşım ve saklama
Seçtiğiniz üretim sağlayıcılarına, işlemin gerektirdiği metin veya medya gönderilir. Stok görüntü araması yapılandırılmış medya sağlayıcısına, YouTube yüklemesi video ve seçilen başlık, açıklama, etiket, dil, hedef kitle, görünürlük ve zaman bilgileriyle Google'a gönderilir. Google'ın Gizlilik Politikası ve YouTube Hizmet Şartları da geçerlidir.
Hesap, üretim ve iş verileri sunucu depolamasında tutulur; tüm kayıtlar için tek bir otomatik silme süresi belirlenmemiştir. Bağlı kanalı uygulamadan kaldırmak Google OAuth iznini iptal eder ve yerel belirteci siler. Google erişimini ayrıca Google Hesabınızdan kaldırabilirsiniz. Daha önce saklanan veri için erişim, düzeltme veya silme isteğinizi aşağıdaki e-posta adresine gönderin. YouTube'a yüklenmiş videoları ayrıca YouTube'dan yönetmeniz gerekebilir.

Privacy Policy
Data and purposes
HelloAsist stores an administrator login name, a password verification hash, and a session cookie. Server access logs may contain IP addresses and request details. Topics, scripts, settings, generated media, titles, descriptions, and job records are stored on the server to create and schedule videos.
If you connect YouTube, we use YouTube API Services to process the channel ID and title, OAuth access and refresh tokens granted for video upload and read access, uploaded video IDs, and publication status. These permissions verify the connected channel, upload videos using your settings, and show publication status. We do not receive your Google password or request YouTube Analytics access.
Sharing and retention
Text or media needed for production is sent to the providers you configure. Stock-media searches go to the configured media provider. Uploads send the video and selected title, description, tags, language, audience, visibility, and timing to Google. Google's Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service also apply.
Account, production, and job data remain in server storage; there is no single automatic deletion period for all records. Disconnecting a channel in the app revokes the Google OAuth grant and removes its local token. You can also revoke access in your Google Account. Email the address below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of previously stored data. Videos already uploaded may also need to be managed on YouTube.
